This Machine is complete with:

Feeder Section

• Five individual adjustable feed belts ensure easy setup and smooth feeding
• Designated A/C motor with micro-adjustable variable speed controller for even spacing of box blanks.
• Feeder start/stop can be controlled by remote controller at any operation area.
• Two standard feeder gates (26mm or 1.02″ wide), one supporting feeder gate (26mm or 1.02″ wide) for odd cartons and wide boxes.
• Two short supporters with wheel and two long supporters sustain the pile of blanks for perfect feeding.
• Four adjustable side guides.
• Vibration system for smooth and consistent feeding
• Suction feeding system (Optional).

Pre-Breaking Section

• Two carriers throughout with split and length-adjustable upper carriers in pre-breaking section. This allows special compound folds such as interior, Z folds.
• Manual carries-posting system throughout the machine for adjusting the right-and-left distance of both carriers
• Top carriers have reinforced tops throughout for mounting accessories, which are single pinwrench adjustments. This allows for faster setup and makes the machine more ‘user-friendly’
• Belt pre-break device (135 degrees) on right side and pre-breaking sword (180 degrees) at the left

Lock Botton Section

• Two-carrier construction with split upper carriers
• Upper belt can be repositioned by adjusting its lenght to accomodare protruding panels
• Easy for mounting lock bottom accessories, more operator friendly

Gluing System

• Two sets conventional lower gluing pot (left and right side, 3mm width) at final folding section
• Non-contact gluing system can be applied (Optional)
• Non-contact gluing  system (with 2 guns or more) must be applied when making lock-bottom boxes (Optional)

Final Fold Section

• Two-carrier construction
• One handle makes belt speed adjustable on both sides’ carriers
• Loosening only two bolts can change the position of belt guide wheel
• Left and right belts with length adjustable specially designed for making odd cartons, no need to tension the belts or take down and mount accessories, quick set up and job change over.

Heavy Duty Double Frame Trombone Section

Conveyor Compression Section

• Two operation modes of compressing belt speed:
– Auto – set a box single spacing, compressing belt speed is synchronized withthe machinge speed by ratio. It moves only when sensor detects the box coming
– Manual – compressing belt keeps moving at a constant speed, regardless of main machine speed
•. Pneumatic pressure system for easy adjustment and to effectively ensure even compression of box blanks
