e-LOAD
The Feeding Module.
The e-Load can be connected with printing presses and flatbed die-cutters. Both reliable and compact, it requires no operator interaction at all. It manages the uninterrupted loading of corrugated board into the die-cutters feeder. At a stroke, it eliminates any slowing of the line speed due to operator fatigue. Furthermore, it allows you to reduce your headcount by at least two operators per shift and guarantees the continual functioning of your die-cutter.

The Feeding Module.
It combines excellent production efficiency, wide capability and maximum value/performance ratio. The design of machine structure is operator friendly. It can accommodate any type of top and bottom printing machine on the market, including slotting machine, rotary die-cutting machine, FFG line or flatbed die-cutting machine. The spacious operational space makes it easy for the operator to perform ergonomical sampling or picking up the waste.

Breaker
e-BREAK
The Breaking Module.
The e-Break is a compact, high-performing stand-alone separator and layer-arranger. Capable of the intelligent and completely automated management of flows, it can be entirely adapted to your requirement. The e-break will save you between two and six operators and again will ensure the interrupted functioning of your die-cutter.

d-BREAK
The Breaking Module.
This bundle breaker is suitable to be fitted even on rotary or flatbed die-cutters. The machine separates nicks in between die-cut blanks in one direction only. The machine is flexible and rapid with a reasonable investment.

Palletizer
e-PAL
The Palletizing Module.
The e-PAL can automatically stack all layers directly on rollers, on pallet or on plate. The e-PAL can be installed with the pile delivery in-line or at right angle at the line. It is designed to greatly improve efficiency and reduce labour intensity.

Applicable to collecting various types of boxes, such as straight line, lock-bottom and 4-corner cartons.
Conveyor direction can be customized. Manual/auto mode available. Synchronized with the delivery section of the folder gluer in auto mode. Upper belt pressing rollers with pressure individually adjustable according to stock types. 90° turning and conveying function to benefit stock alignment and compactness at the delivery section of the automatic – folder gluer, thus increase productivity and user friendliness.
