FEEDER

– Dynamic torque servo motor driven differential speed belt lead edge feeder;
– Imported top quality feeding belt to handle wide range materials, especially for warp corrugated sheet;
– Pneumatic side push joggers (left and right side).

FRONT LAY WITH SLOW DOWN AND ALIGNMENT GUIDING ROLLER

– Sheet arrives at front lay with servo motor controlled slow down action for precise registration;
– Side alignment system with left or right angle degree and pressure adjustable rollers, alignment side at choice in accordance with the printing register side.

DIECUTTING SECTION

– 7 pieces of gripper bar each with 24 grippers;
– Safety door and diechase safety locking system;
– Complete lost sheet control throughout the entire machine;
– Centerline system compatible to Centerline Ⅱ for quick change over and short set up time;
– Air cushion underneath the cutting plate for easy cutting plate floating in and out.

STRIPPING SECTION

– Centerline system with quick lock pins on upper frame;
– Centerline system compatible to Centerline Ⅱ for quick stripping die set up;
– Motorized upper frame suspending hoister up to 500 mm;
– Lead edge removal system to remove gripper margin completely.

DELIVERY SECTION

– Automatic delivery fork with non-stop air cylinder to protect the sheets from scratches;
– Electronic batch counter;
– Non-stop bundle delivery to ensure continuous productivity   and operation efficiency.
